Frank and the crew on this vessel helped deliver an exceptional experience for my milestone birthday. Everyone commented on how excellent the food was, the service was outstanding and the crew went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were attentive to what drink items or food items people desired and kept us all happy. Frank himself was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, I was really pleased and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone.

What an amazing day trip! The boat staff Manuel and Sofia were simply the best and the boat trip was a dream! They had a fun program all ready for us including cliff diving, SUP, and snorkeling at some amazing spots.

I have to give 3 stars though because I scheduled this trip for my wedding party several weeks in advance, but as soon as Sailo took my money, I messaged the owner through the Sailo app asking if we could organize the trip. He suggested WhatsApp but then disappeared completely. I made many attempts over the following weeks to contact him, through Sailo where we had communicated before, WhatsApp, phone, nothing worked.

On site during our wedding week (where I had to manage many other things) I got an email from Sailo saying that my trip was about to be cancelled because they couldn’t process my security deposit. They had made 2 attempts already that I hadn’t seen and informed me that they would make a last one. So I contacted my bank and it was because I had received a new card a little while previous but the preferences to allow international payments hadn’t transferred to the new card like they should have. So I corrected it. But then the next day they simply cancelled the booking (saying that there would be no refund of my 100% payment!!) without ever attempting the third payment (I see all transactions, even failed ones, in my app). SUPER stressful, I had to spend a lot of time calling Sailo (whose UK number is disconnected/not available from several phones we tried on) finally reaching someone via email and leaving a message on their US number. I guess they managed to get the boat owner to respond and the booking was finally reinstated, but by then it was too late to organize food/drink and it wasn’t until one day before that I was finally able to obtain the time and place we needed to show up. Overall a nightmare that lasted weeks.

The rest went amazing though!

Emma and David were great!!! The trip was so much fun and the boat was beautiful!

Captain Marvin was great, attentive and friendly. Lots of knowledge about the area. Would use his services again in the future.

Delightfully social, personable and respectful. We’re super flexible with an iffy weather forecast. It cleared up beautifully, and we all had had a great time We hope to see them again!
