What is your cruise route?
Answer:
The yacht charter has various routes dependent on the port of departure, cruise time, and conditions on the Bay. Typically we visit all the central bay land marks: from McCovey Cove under the Bay Bridge to the San Francisco Ferry Building, then cruising along the Embarcadero to view the sea lions at Pier 39, past Fisherman’s Wharf, out to the Golden Gate Bridge, around Alcatraz, and along Treasure Island. What happens if it rains?
Answer:
Though we all love the great weather the Bay Area has to offer, if it does happens to rain the day of your event do not despair! This boat rental has ample interior space to host your entire party inside the yacht.

Question:
What is the cancellation policy?
Answer:
"All reservations require a 50% deposit to secure the date and time requested. The balance is due in cash at boarding or 48 hours prior via credit card.
Tours may be canceled up to 7 days before sailing and receive 100% refund.
Between 7 days and 48 hours before sailing, we can work with you to reschedule the tour at a future time or you will be charged 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellations of 48 hours or less will be charged full amount due, unless the tour is rescheduled for the same charter duration.
If the Captain cancels the tour due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your tour at a future time. If this is not an option you will receive a 100% refund.
In addition, Captain may cancel any charter without refund for any of the following reasons:
- Passengers over intoxicated
- Aggravation of previous injury
- Illegal drug use
- Unruly or reckless behavior
- Criminal activity or violation of the local law and boating regulation"

Can you pick up clients from Atlantis on Paradise Island?
Answer:
All our boat rentals depart from Palm Cay Marina. Due to heavy traffic around Paradise Island, we can not arrange pick-ups from Atlantis Resort. We recommend taking a taxi and meet us at the boat.

If there is bad weather will i get refunded?
Answer:
If weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe, a credit will be given or guests can reschedule for a rain date for this boat rental.
