How much would it be for a captain for 4 hours? The estimated says $100 but I just wanted to make sure before booking?
Answer:
Captains fees are 50$ per hour and to be payed directly to the captain. The total for 4 hours would be 200$

Is there an area we go where we can jump to the water before we comeback home?
Answer:
Indeed we can do this for longer day trips, if you book an 8-hour cruise! We can arrange a day trip to the beach for fun in the sun on paddle boards and with water toys. But as for quick trips in NY Harbor, you would most definitely not want to jump in that water :)
