WEATHER/CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a no-rain and small craft advisory policy so we do not set sail if it is currently raining or rain is imminent in the forecast. We also obviously care about your safety, so we will not set sail in inclement weather and during any small craft advisory. We will generally make those decisions 2-hours before sailing time. If our captain decides not to set sail that day, due to rain or if a small craft advisory is in effect, you will have the option to receive a rain date for a period of 28 months.

    First Class all the way! I booked this boat for my high profile clients and Sal was amazing. We had such an amazing time. The yacht was in perfect condition and the crew was extremely helpful with recommendations and reservations. I would not hesitate to book again!

    This was an incredible day! We were greeted with warmth, kindness, and felt welcomed immediately. The staff was personable and attentive to our every need before we even asked for it and the yacht itself was stunning and sexy! Overall, it was an experience we'll never forget. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Thank you to Sal & Team for an amazing day!

    I rate it a 10!!!!! Since being my first time using Sailo Sal owner of this magnificent yacht exceeded my expectations for our trip. From the minute I booked this to the minute it was over Sal being the owner answer my questions no matter what time it was & as a business owner myself its all about customer service & he delivered! His crew Chris & Dave could not have made our trip any better for us. The boat was everything & more exactly like the pictures. Spotless, beautiful decorated. Perfect for us adults & 9,6, 3 yr old that were over the moon with excitement . A memory we will not forget. I did not want it to end. I plan on meeting up with Sal again in Florida in the winter cannot wait!!!

    My family and I had a wonderful time on our cruise with Sal and his crew. Sal was very responsive and accommodating with our questions and requests leading up to the booking. We saw a few of iconic New York attractions such as the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, etc. The fleet was professional, immaculate, and we would absolutely book them again and recommend to others as well!

    We had so much fun! The yacht is beautiful and the crew is awesome! They had great sushi and fruit/cheese tray for us. I highly recommend!

    What an incredible way to spend a Saturday afternoon in New York! Sal and the crew couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable to my family. We left Chelsea Piers at 11am and sailed down to the Lady Liberty. We saw her (and all her glory) from a unique perspective this NYer has never seen. Then, onto the Brooklyn bridge on the east side. Finally, we went back up the Hudson to see the GW bridge and Alpine, NJ. Again, looking at the city from the water is so different -- especially from a luxury yacht. The crew put out yummy treats and drinks, which was perfect for our four hour excursion. For those feeling cabin fever after quarantine, this is definitely the experience for you.
