Cancellation Policy
Regarding cancellations, we strongly recommend trip insurance to protect your investment. If you have insurance, you may be able to obtain a full refund through your provider.
Once a charter is booked and a deposit is placed with us, the boat is reserved specifically for the client and becomes unavailable to other guests. Because of this commitment, refunds are generally not provided.
That said, we always do our best to assist our guests. If needed, we will attempt to resell the charter to help facilitate a refund. If the week is successfully rebooked, we can issue a refund minus banking fees (or any other associated fees), taxes, and a $350 cancellation fee. If the charter is not rebooked, all paid funds are forfeited..
