Having traveled for more than 12.000 miles (apart from Greece) to Nice, Porto Fino, Monte Carlo, Cannes, St Tropez,Malta,Ancona,Venice,Genoa,Rimini,Barcelona,Marseille,Beirut,Cairo,Limassol and many more, he can understand their guests and has managed to please even the more demanding customer. He is very communicative and is always keen to share his knowledge of the hidden beauties of Greece with their guests. He speaks English, Italian, German (and Mandarin everyday speaking). He enjoys sailing, yachting, winter skiing, traveling. Cook/Hostess Sofia Varveraki Sofia was born in 1969 in Greece. She has always had a passion for food, entertaining and cooking for large groups of friends and family and gaining ideas and techniques from a variety of countries through travel abroad. She transferred these skills to the yachting industry in 2006 by working to M/Y Alphasierra II, M/Y NIRIID and now to M/Y Xtreme.She always serves and caters her guests of all ages, always keen to accommodate individual preferences and needs. She speaks Greek, English, German and French and on her spare time she likes reading, listening to music, sailing and travelling. Sailor Alex Alex has been on board X-treme since she was built. He takes pride in keeping the yacht in pristine condition. He is a trusted aid for the captain and enjoys taking good care of guests on board.
