For Skipper Charters, security deposit will not apply.

Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancelling a charter in more than 60 days before the original charter starts, the Charterer will lose its 30% deposit. If the Charterer has already paid for add-on options, then they will be refunded for these expenses.

b. Cancelling a charter in 59 days or less before the original charter starts, the Charterer will lose the entire charter fee paid to date. If the Charterer has already paid for add-on options, then they will be refunded for these expenses, unless the cancellation occurs in more than seven days of departure. If within seven days, payment for add-on options will not be refunded.
