    It's a great boat, location, and marina, owner was very thorough and responsive.

    Auto-pilot was not functional (or disabled), running rigging is aging and worn, grill is charcoal only (no propane). Took a few days to determine that the depth reader was off by 5 feet (5' below the keel shows 0).

    Dirty, boat needs update. Tender dirty under not cleaned for some quite years now. Some cockpit and cabin lights not funcional. Propane BBQ does not work and need to use it with coal . Water tanks half full. Not worth the price. Should get at least a 20% credit.
