Cancellation Policy -
In case the Charterer terminate the contract he is not entitled to a refund of the sums paid to the Lessor as a deposit for the exclusive reservation; from the sixtieth day prior to the starting of the charter, the Charterer can't terminate the contract, and the Lessor from that time onwards, should the Charterer subsequently declare that he is unable to use the boat, will be entitled to 100% of the rate.
In the event of interruption of the boat's operation at the Lessee's request or due to the
Lessee's fault, the Lessee shall not be entitled to any reimbursement; non-use of the boat
during the stipulated period, even due to adverse weather conditions, shall not entitle the
Lessee to any reimbursement.
Should the Lessor be unable to deliver the boat booked due to breakdown or any other reason
beyond his control, he may deliver another boat of similar characteristics within three days,
with the obligation of reimbursing the Lessee only the daily rate which may not have been
used. Should the delay extend beyond the aforementioned period, the Lessee shall have the
right to request the cancellation of the contract and the relative reimbursement of the fee
paid, but without being entitled to any other form of compensation.
Adverse Weather Conditions In the event of adverse weather conditions and/or in the
event of instructions to the contrary from the Maritime Authority, the Lessor assumes no
liability for delays in departure and/or interruptions to the cruise and/or changes of itinerary
and/or early return.
In all the cases listed above and in any other cases beyond the Lessor's control, no amount
shall be refunded.
