Cancellation Policy:
a. The cancellation policy implies that if charterer chooses to cancel the trip 60 days prior to the original charter start, charter loses its 30% of the deposit. Any Add-on options paid in advance will be reimbursed.

b. The cancellation policy also implies that if charterer chooses to cancel the trip 59 days or less prior to the original charter start an entire charter fee paid till date will be charged. Any advance payment on Add-on will be reimbursed. However, Add-on payments will not be reimbursed should the cancellation take place within 7 days of original charter start.
