His duty is the total satisfaction of all clients and always keeping the highest standards. DIMITRIS FOUNTAS– CHIEF ENGINEER Greek • Speaks English Dimitris has been in the yachting industry for over 25 years and brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht. Even through Dimitris is available 24 hours a day to deal with engineering issues, he is also always willing to assist with deck activities and water sports. CIRO CERBO- CHEF Italian • Speaks Italian, English, Greek Born in Napoli in 1965. He has 30 years experience and practice in Italy. He has worked as an Executive Chef in one of the famous restaurant in Kefalari-Mykono“Dal Lu . His menu includes Italian, European and local cuisines.
