Cancellation Policy:
We should be notified immediately of any changes to reservation dates or cancellation of charter.
Cancellation date will be noted as the date we receive the initial cancellation request via email, and the following terms will then apply:
Cancellation less than 30 days before charter date – 50% of full charter fee
Cancellation less than 7 days before charter date – 100% of charter fee
For other cancellation cases we will keep a 10% set up fee

Adverse weather conditions which deem sailing unsafe
Should we cancel your trip due to these circumstances we will offer you an alternative date, if no alternative date is agreeable a full refund will be offered.
