Description
This is a 65’ Catamaran in Palm Beach, FLA (winter season) and Newport, RI (summer season). This is a USCG-inspected vessel for up to 42 guests. This is perfect for hosting large parties and never-ending fun on its spacious topside, a centralized cockpit, two large trampolines, and multiple bean bags for lounging and sunning. We are happy to put the anchor down for swimming, paddle boarding, and lounging on the Lilypad. This yacht is the perfect mix of luxury, sailing, and relaxation.
There is a bathroom, and there are staterooms available for changing. Boat was originally built for a family to sail around the world. Her interior is comfortable, safe, cool, and shaded, with room to sit on the couch. The beauty of sailing on a catamaran is it’s completely stable. The captain can easily put yacht in irons (keep her at a standstill) to allow for more comfortable maneuverability when needed for all guests.
What we have aboard: The Captain and crew provide all the necessary accommodations for a comfortable cruise: Signature Rum Punch, ice, water, drinkware, and blankets for chilly sunset sails. Please bring provisions, additional drinks (no red wine), towels, and non-spray sunscreen are the only essentials with you. We also have plenty of cooler space and can keep food warm. If you bring provisions and libations, your Captain and crew will plate and serve them throughout your charter. We have music and the ability to connect your device to our system.

Policies
2. No illegal substances or firearms are permitted onboard. Discovery of the presence and use of illicit substances and firearms will terminate the charter without refund, and the yacht will return to its homeport.
3. When you reserve a charter date, it is your charter date if the captain determines it is sailable. All charters are private. Your group will be the only party on the yacht.
4. A cancellation called by the captain due to weather or mechanical problems will create either a deposit credited toward another charter date, or you may request a refund.
5. The charter includes properly using our adequately outfitted yacht and the captain.
6. The captain and crew shall not be held liable for any injury or fatality caused by either direct or indirect action of any member of the charter party.
7. The balance of your charter price over and above your deposit is due and payable, at the latest, on the dock before leaving on your trip.
8. No trash, garbage, or other materials are thrown overboard into the water.
9. The captain and Crew are not babysitters.
10. The captain may call you before your trip to discuss the weather, sea conditions, etc.
11. Smoking is NOT permitted on the yacht.
12. Cancellations must be made in writing before 72 hours for a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours from sail time, you lose the deposit, and for cancelations on the day of the charter, you are responsible for paying in full.
13. The charterer agrees to be fully responsible for all furnished equipment aboard the yacht. The Charterer agrees to pay charter company the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment.
13. Please plan to be at the location 10 minutes before the agreed start time.
14. Charterers and guests agree to conduct themselves appropriately on marina property by respecting the privacy of other boats at the dock and maintaining safe and appropriate behavior on the dock and the yacht.
