Security deposit will not apply for Skipper Charters.
Cancellation Policy:
a. When a Charterer decides to cancel in more than 60 days before the original charter starts, the Charterer loses 30% deposit. Add-on options already paid for by the Charterer
will be refunded for the expenses.
b. When a Charterer decides to cancel in 59 days or less before the original charter starts, the Charterer will lose the entire charter fee paid to date. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, we will reimburse Charterer for these expenses, unless cancellation occurs more than seven days of departure. If it is within seven days, payment for add-on options will not be refunded.
