He graduated from le monde culinary school in 2004.Since then Panagiotis has work together with top class Greek chefs in several luxury hotels, restaurants, and caterings... Some of them are the Athens golf club, the Athens grand tennis club,5star Divani caravel hotel and the last 3 years as a chef de cuisine in Santorini in 5star Small Luxury Hotels .The seminars that participates gives him the opportunity to use the last culinary technics. His inspired Mediterranean cuisine will contribute to making your cruise onboard Nova unforgettable .Every Greek island hides local food treasures that he is able to search for you. Calm, easy going and hardworking, Panagiotis speaks fluent Greek and English. His hobbies include travelling, swimming and snow board. Hostess: Konstantina Belsi Konstantina worked in different areas before she started sailing, and was notably a Greek dance teacher. She has 3 years experience as a hostess onboard crewed yachts. Konstantina is a charming, energetic and clever young lady. Her strong empathy and attention to others help create a relaxed and well being atmosphere onboard. When it comes to setting up the table, Konstantina is an artist, who will make your meals a pleasure for the eyes as well. She speaks fluent Greek and English, and holds the Greek sailing boat licence, and the medical first aid certificate from the European Red Cross. Konstantina is also an excellent masseuse, trained in Swedish and Thai massage, and aromatherapy.
