- Cancellation Policy • Free cancellation up to 5 days prior to departure for a full refund. • Cancellations made within 5 days of departure are non-refundable. • No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation.
- Festive Days • For festive and high-season dates, cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to receive a 100% refund. • Cancellations made within 5 days are non-refundable.
- Weather Policy • Charters will only be canceled by the company due to unsafe marine conditions, mechanical issues, or port authority restrictions. • In such cases, guests will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. • Weather conditions such as light rain, cloud cover, or overcast skies do not qualify for cancellation if sailing conditions are safe.
