Boat rules
- Charter Rules & Guidelines
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the boat. Smoking is only allowed at the stern of the boat. Please be respectful of this policy to ensure the comfort of all guests.
- Charter Start and End Times: The charter will begin on the first day at 12:00 pm and will finish on the last day at 12:00 pm. Please plan your travel accordingly.
- Guest Accommodation: Bodhisattva can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in its double-occupancy cabins. We do not accept more than the maximum capacity for comfort and safety reasons.
- Crewed Charter: The boat is operated by a professional crew consisting of a captain and a chef/first mate. Please note, there is no option for a bareboat charter or additional crew.
- Christmas Charter: Charters during the Christmas season must finish by December 26th. No departures will be allowed after this date.
- New Year’s Charter: For New Year’s charters, the earliest possible departure is December 27th. Please book accordingly if you wish to celebrate the New Year aboard.
- Cruising Area: The Bodhisattva charter is available exclusively within the British Virgin Islands for the 2025-2026 season. No other cruising areas will be accommodated.
- Behavior and Noise: Please be considerate of your fellow guests. Bodhisattva is a peaceful, luxury experience, and loud noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Water Sports Equipment: All water sports equipment will be provided by the crew. Please follow all safety instructions provided by the crew before engaging in any water activities.
