Pyratz Gourmet Sailing offers shared or private catamaran charters to discover the islands of Saint Martin / Sint Maarten, Anguilla & St Barts, combining Sailing, Discovery and Gastronomy.

Through your catamaran excursion, you will explore wonderful sites, enjoy a 4-course Gourmet Lunch and sip fine wine and craft cocktails from our Open Bar. Whether you choose a private boat charter or a shared one in an intimate group of 8 guests, our professional and flexible crew will commit to make your day special and unique with a service on board beyond expectations.

    This was an absolutely incredible day! There were eight adults and two children, and we had the boat to ourselves. Garin and Tess were our captain and steward(ess) and they were phenomenal. They catered to our every need, were so kind and wonderful! We had a spectacular time playing on the water mat, snorkeling, jumping off the boat, and eating and drinking delicious food and drinks. We would definitely recommend this catamaran trip.

    We will definitely book with Chantal/Sailo again! Excellent communication. Chantal answered all my questions the same day, sometimes within minutes. The entire experience was positive.

    The crew onboard (Alison and Albin) were delightful and super attentive. They absolutely ensured we had the best time possible, from the island information along the cruise to the fantastic lunch and drinks. The food was incredibly delicious and we all enjoyed it. They had the floating mat, paddle board, kayak, etc ready and we all relaxed and enjoyed the day. I really cannot say enough about the day. It was perfect!

    I would like to say that you guys EXCEEDED my expectations!

    From the early booking stages to the end of our cruise, the service was TOP NOTCH! Booking online can be stressful but I felt at ease!

    Let’s not even start with food, DELICIOUS and PLENTIFUL. The drinks are refreshing and was definitely a highlight!

    Every need was met without even having to ask. Would I book this cruise again, ABSOLUTELY!!!

    Thank you guys for making my birthday special and we will see you again soon! :)

    10/10 trip! The boat was beautiful, service was incredible and the gourmet lunch was AMAZING! Best lobster we have ever eaten. We had such a lovely time and will 100% be chartering with Pyratz next time we are in St Martin!

    Alisson and Max were unbelievable! They are friendly, the service is top notch and the boat was gorgeous. We had all ages on board and all were accommodated. We will absolutely be booking again and again w them.

    Absolutely incredible experience! My every need was met and the food was spectacular. The chocolate lava cake should be showcased at a Michelin restaurant. I couldnt believe that with only two people, how superb the service was. Thank you so much for making my celebration a memorable one.
