The double-decker design provides lots of room to spread out, whether you’re lounging in the sun, enjoying a cold drink, or taking in the views from the upper deck. For water fun, a lily pad is included, giving everyone a place to float, swim, and splash around.
This boat is family- and pet-friendly, so bring your loved ones (including the four-legged ones) along! Kids under 12 are welcome aboard, making this a great option for birthdays, family outings, or weekend getaways.
BYOB is the name of the game! Feel free to bring all the alcoholic beverages your heart desires and we will have a cooler with ice to keep them cold!
We also provide water and basic snacks, but please feel free to bring food if you would like. If you bring food please bring any plates, cutlery etc that you might need!

We have life jackets and all of the safety gear you would need. If you have children under 12 please bring lifejackets that fit them properly and they must wear them at all times while on the water. We have 4 child size lifejackets if needed.

Boat rules
- **Boat Charter Stipulations Policy**
- 1. **Eligibility & Booking** – Passengers must be at least 18 years old to book. All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.
- 2. **Cancellations & Refunds** – Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain's discretion.
- 3. **Liability & Insurance** – The vessel is fully insured. Passengers are responsible for any intentional damage to the boat or its equipment. The company is not liable for personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
- 4. **Safety Regulations** – Life jackets are provided and must be worn as required. Passengers must comply with all safety instructions given by the captain.
- 5. **Prohibited Conduct** – No excessive alcohol consumption, drug use, or violation of local boating laws. The captain reserves the right to end the trip without refund if passenger behavior poses a risk to safety.
- 6. **Itinerary & Return** – The captain will determine the route based on safety and weather conditions. Charters must return at the scheduled time. Additional time may be subject to availability and extra charges.
- By booking, you agree to these terms and the captain's authority during the charter.
