This Cat has s an innovative design! With an open forward cockpit, you get a good breeze throughout the whole boat while you are relaxing on a mooring ball with a cocktail in one of the beautiful bays in the BVI.
This vessel features 4 double cabins with ensuite heads plus a generator and AC, making it ideal for larger groups! All cabins are good sizes and well ventilated with plenty of storage space.

There is an L- shaped galley to port fitted with a stainless steel refrigerator with drawer opening compartments, a stove with oven and 3 burners.

The spacious and comfortable saloon has large windows with doors to both the forward and aft cockpits.

YACHT FEATURES
A unique feature of the Leopard 44 is the open forward cockpit with direct access from the saloon. It is an ideal shady spot to sit and relax with a cocktail, or play a game of cards.

The main aft cockpit has a raised helm station for enhanced visibility plus it leaves all of the space in the cockpit for relaxing, doing a BBQ or eating a meal. Both the forward and aft cockpits are covered with a continuous hard top bimini.

There is a swim platform at the back of the boat with boarding ladder on the port side. It is easy to anchor in the beautiful bays of the BVI with an electric windlass! All lines are led aft to the helm including the furling line for the jib.

Up to 90 days prior to commencement: $150 service charge.
89 to 46 days prior to commencement: refund, less $2000
Less than 45 days prior to commencement: 100% of charter cost.

Insurance: $36/day up to a maximum of $400

Charterer may cancel subject to the following charges;

Up to 90 days prior to commencement: $300 service charge
Less than 90 days prior to commencement: No refund
