Description

Welcome to the British Virgin Islands - one of the most popular sailing destination in the Caribbean! This catamaran is perfect for you to enjoy an amazing boating adventure in Road Town. Rent this motor, 60 ft catamaran charter, perfectly suitable for a memorable vacation on the water in the British Virgin Islands.

The catamaran is a custom built, PC60 power catamaran. She is a luxurious blue water cruising catamaran, specifically designed, engineered and built to meet the demands of the most discerning catamaran owner. Her sleek, modern clean lines will turn heads at every dock she visits.

The vessel’s highly refined and tank tested hull design make for a remarkably smooth, soft and stable ride, regardless of the sea conditions. Cruise in comfort at 17 knots, with a top end of 22 knots (depending on her total load), or if you are in no rush, a slow cruise at 8 knots rewards you with incredible fuel efficiency!

The PC60 is well suited to owner operate while offering the stately luxury and amenities of a much larger motor yacht. The lavish on-deck master stateroom, with full walk around King bed, gourmet galley and spacious salon ensures the ultimate in comfort.

The salon, bar and gourmet galley integrate seamlessly and form a large and comfortable area for entertaining. The galley has the proportions and amenities equal to that of a luxury apartment while the large salon offers very comfortable seating and unobstructed views through the large side windows and aft salon sliding door. The internal stairs to access the flybridge from the salon is a wonderful feature and provides easy access to the helm while cruising.

The cockpit, with a beautiful teak deck, is spectacularly large and offers combined seating plus dining for as many as 14 in comfort. The aft deck has a large sofa style seating with side counters for drinks and snacks. The large solid wood cockpit table is beautifully handcrafted and seats 8 in comfort. Access to the flybridge is via wide comfortable stairs.

The flybridge is a considerable area to entertain and relax. The seating offers to dine for 6 in comfort and the bar is particularly well designed with bar stools, build in BBQ, basin, fridge/ice maker plus plenty of storage. The aft section of the flybridge houses the dinghy crane and sufficient space for a 13ft tender. The helm consul has a fold-down glass screen to protect the instruments from the elements. The twin helm seats complete this wonderful area.

FAQs

What type of yacht should I charter?

No matter what type of yacht you choose to charter, we know that you will have a fantastic time on the water. If you are more about the journey, and want a relaxing time aboard, then choose from one of the many sailboats on the platform. If you are more about the destination, and going fast, check out the powerboats on Sailo. For an exclusive experience, Sailo recommends chartering a luxurious yacht for the day. Finally, Sailo has access to many event boats as well for group outings from 50 - 1,000 guests. If you are still unsure, then just ask! more...

What should I bring?

Bring yourself, and some comfortable clothes suitable to the season you are going to be out on the water. Please keep in mind that it is often 10 degrees cooler out on the water, so a jacket or windbreaker is never a bad idea. We also recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses, as well as a swimsuit if appropriate for your charter location. Please coordinate with your captain regarding any food or drinks that you wish to bring aboard. For term-charters, Sailo recommends using soft-sided luggage, and keeping it simple. more...

How long does a rental last?

The basic daily rental is structured as either a quarter-, half-, or full-day. A quarter-day is two hours, a half-day is four hours, and a full-day is eight hours. You can also discuss a custom trip with the boat by contacting the owner through Sailo. Most term charters (weekly rentals) are from Saturday to Saturday. Keep in mind that the boat generally needs to be back at the dock by Friday evening, and you will need to be off the boat on Saturday morning so they can prepare the boat for the next guests. more...
