Typical 4-8 hour charter fishing trips take place within the bay. Depending on best fishing conditions, booked 8-12 hour trips would include deeper fishing in El Morro or Marietas, about 23 miles out of the bay on average. The 13- to 24-hour charter fishing trips would also include trips to Cortabena, about 36 miles away. Fishing charter bookings of 25 to 60 hours would include trips to sandbars and El Banco, distances from 50 to 125 miles offshore. All fishing charter reservations longer than 12 hours (one day) include a free overnight stay on the boat for all passengers.
The fishing boat is a modernized and updated 32-foot Luhrs professional fishing boat. It is staffed with bilingual crew members, local Puerto Vallarta champion professional fishermen and fishing guides. It has combat chairs and belts, professional fishing rods and reels from brands such as Shimano, Okuma, Penn, among others. It has tubes for tuna, live bait and everything necessary for professional fishing, from beginners to experts. Includes licenses and lessons for beginners, as well as tips and guidance.
The boat is crewed by a licensed professional captain, deckhands and deckhands. It has air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, shower, DVD player, professional sound system with Bluetooth, refrigerator, microwave, cabin, sleeping accommodation, flight bridge, scrapers and counter scrapers. It has GPS, radar, and professional equipment to locate fish and depths at all times. Overnight stays on the boat at the marina also include free Wi-Fi, use of shower facilities, and free access to the pool (when available) at the adjacent Flamingo Vallarta Marina hotel. Everything you need to make your fishing trip an enjoyable success.
*Trips under 8 hours include water, and chips. You are welcome to bring any of your own food, alcohol or other beverages.
*8 hour trips or more includes drinks coffee, water, sodas, 2 beers per person or 2 servings of a choice of tequila/wine/vodka, sandwiches, ceviche, guacamole and chips. You are welcome to bring any of your own food, alcohol or other beverages.
*Please bring pesos for any shore excursions for the panga (small boat to take in an out to the beach). Also please take cash if you would like to give a customary tip to the captain and crew which is optional and based on our excellence of service provided to you.
Las Animas restaurants: Typical panga charge is $350 to $400 MXN pesos per group to go into beach and back to eat in the restaurants.
If we are picking you up at Mismayloya it's typically $150 MXN pesos per person on the panga to the boat per person.
If we are picking you up at Playa Los Muertos it's typically $100 MXN pesos on the panga to the boat per person.
Costs for pangas can vary, but these are estimates.
We embark from Marina Vallarta with no extra charges. For an extra charge for gas and fees we are licensed and can pick you up from Playa Los Muertos, Nuevo Vallarta, and Crux de Huanacaxlte. Just let us know.

We had a lovely boat ride with a very kind and attentive captain and crew. They went out of their way to make the trip a beautiful experience. We had the sunset, dolphins and whales as well as the view of the sparkling nightlights of the bay as we approached the city. They have given us an unforgettable experience.
