However, a mobile phone can be connected to the Audio System on the Boat through Bluetooth if you just want to play music.

Guests should bring cups and utensils, NO GLASS. Glass alcohol bottles must be given to the crew to store behind the bar we cannot have any glass throughout the boat.

No matter what the occasion; a special birthday, an anniversary, or any other event you care to celebrate, we are available with the venue to make your party memorable. Departure times, length of the private charter, and itineraries are at your discretion.

The yacht is a 72' charter yacht designed for River Cruises and Private Charters that accommodate up to 41 passengers with 3 crew. She includes a spacious air-conditioned salon & galley area, covered main deck, open bow deck, and a large upper deck with all-around access for great views of the sights along the routes we traverse. A perfect fit for your Private Charter. It is very adaptable to any occasion.

Cancellation Policy :
Deposit is not refundable 10 days before your departure date. NO REFUND will be given in case of cancellation less than 10 days before the trip.
The client must cancel 10 days before departure and must be confirmed by our representative. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Full refunds are given for weather cancellations and are determined by the captain. Cancellations for mechanical failures before departure are refundable or may be rescheduled. Mechanical failures or medical emergencies during charters may result in a partial refund and are at the discretion of the owner.No Refunds/reschedule due to last-minute cancelation due to COVID or any other reason. Cancelation/reschedule to be communicated at least 10 days in advance.
Sailo's service fee is non-refundable.

Special Terms and Conditions
The Captain of your vessel is legally obligated to exercise all reasonable precautions for the safety of the vessel, its passengers and crew while underway. Federal Law prohibits the possession or use of any illegal narcotics, including marijuana. Persons under the influence of intoxicants shall, at the discretion of the Captain, be refused permission to board, or required to disembark and trip terminated without refund of any money paid by such person, persons or company for the charter. Fire arms, Hookahs, Vaping and fireworks are prohibited. Client is responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage done to the vessel and furnishings by any member of the charter group. An additional fee may be assessed for any unnecessary cleaning. Photos will be included.
