Cancellation Policy:
a. If Charterer cancels more than 60 days before original charter start, Charterer will lose its 30% deposit. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, we will reimburse Charterer for these expenses.
b. If Charterer cancels 59 days or less before the original charter start, Charterer will lose the entire charter fee paid to date. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, we will reimburse Charterer for these expenses, unless cancellation occurs within seven days of departure. If within seven days, payment for add-on options will not be refunded.

The boat itself was precisely what we ordered. It was in great shape, very clean, etc. Communication regarding the pending trip was a little difficult regarding pre-planning for the trip, what would be available, etc. When we tried to have water toys, etc delivered, there was no one at the office that morning to receive them, so the provisioning company had to take them back and make a return run a little later, which somewhat slowed our departure. The only disappointment with the boat was something that created a foul odor in the forward starboard berth about three days into the trip. The captain also smelled it, and attempted to remedy the situation by again pumping down the holding tanks, flushing with toilet cleaner, etc, but it didn't really work.
However, overall the boat was good and we loved it.
