- •Please note that passengers need to be able to walk about 400 yards to and from the parking area to the boat, and safely step on and off the vessel.
- •Our excursions depart promptly at the scheduled time. To ensure a smooth start, please arrive at the dock at least 10 minutes prior to your departure time. Failure to do so may result in missing your excursion, and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- •We cannot guarantee favorable weather conditions such as sunshine and blue skies. Please note that we do not reschedule excursions or provide refunds after the cancellation period for requests related to cloudy or overcast weather.
