Description

The Viking is a finely crafted yacht with more interior volume and elbow room than most sportboats her size. Like her sisterships in our fleet, she rides on a solid fiberglass deep-V hull with a relatively wide beam and shallow prop pockets to reduce draft.

Her elegant cherrywood interior includes two double cabins with en-suite heads, a concealed galley, and a plush U-shaped dinette in the salon. Both heads contain stall showers, and privacy doors—not curtains—separate both staterooms from the main cabin.

Contoured seating topside provides seating for six in the cockpit, and a three-person sun pad aft rises at the touch of a button to reveal a tender garage below. Note that a machinery space behind the engine room houses the generator, batteries and steering gear.

Additional features include a teak cockpit sole, a drop-down double helm seat, wet bar with refrigerator, radar arch, windshield washers, and a well-arranged engine room with good access to the motors. Twin 610hp Volvo diesel inboards cruise the Viking V50 Express at 28 knots and reach a top speed of 32–33 knots.

Gratuity is not included and can be charged via credit card or cash any time before the charter is completed. Based on the industry standards it is 15-18% of the charter price.

The listed price is estimated and may vary depending on season and number of pax. Please inquire directly through "Message Owner" for exact pricing and availability.

My family and I used your boat service on Sunday July 5 , 2020 from 12-8pm. Many
things about this trip did not go smoothly and I am so greatly disappointed about the overall experience we had during our trip. Being a family that rents boats frequently this was the first time I saw some of the things I witnessed. First thing the boat was late due to the fact that boat had to get gas, so our experience was delayed right out of the gate. After that he was telling us that we were going to be back by no later than 7:15 at the docks because he was not staying out any later then that. He was complaining about the boat itself and how the vessel wasn’t in good shape to be driven and a few other things about how this boat wasn’t to his liking. Lastly before we even left the dock the captain made us feel very uncomfortable about what our plans were for the day. We wanted to go Nixon and he did not want to do that and kept emphasizing that it was 2 and a half to 3 hours away even though we’ve done it before he refused to take the ocean route and insisted that it was a bad idea over and over again. Due to the fact that he was being so stubborn about taking us to Nixon we had to cancel with the jet ski company that we had planned to meet out there causing us to lose our deposit. After taking us to Haulover where we ended up spending the whole day the captain and his assistant were basically useless for the rest of the day. The assistant (Natalie) was inside on her phone the whole day and didn’t assist with the serving, cleaning up or really anything for that matter throughout the trip. As we were laying out on the raft inside the water behind the boat the captain continued to turn the boat on and off while we were in the water tossing us around and having us just taking the fumes from the exhaust to the face (he did this a minimum of 4 separate times). If the captain wasn’t so worried about eating our food maybe he would have done a better job knowing his surroundings. The captain made us get back on the boat at 6:45pm and instructed a member of my family to grab the water raft/rug that they had been laying on inside of the water and roll it up by themselves. Once the weather began to shift and it began to rain the captain had 2 more members of my family go out to take the anchor (which was stuck) and it took Natalie 10 minutes to go out and help them meanwhile she just watched them and complained to the captain that it was raining basically saying she didn’t want to go out there and help. It was very dangerous, and I did not like how our family was expected to do that while the captain did nothing but bark orders from behind the wheel. After the day was done the captain took about 25-30 minutes to dock the boat sending another member of my family out on the docks (in the pouring rain) to try and tie the boat down meanwhile Natalie was inside on her phone and the rest of my family was cleaning up the boat. Once we finally docked, we couldn’t even find the basket for our shoes because the crew member was nowhere to be found and she’s the one that put it away. The captain and crew made this experience very upsetting for us as we are usually accustomed to having a crew that is energetic and makes the boat trips very enjoyable.
