- Cancel ≥30 days before charter: 100% refund (no penalty).
- Cancel <30 days: 30% cancellation fee based on total charter price.
- Weather: We don’t cancel for light rain/overcast. Captain may cancel for unsafe conditions (high winds, lightning, very heavy rain) → reschedule or full refund offered.
- We may cancel anytime for safety/operational reasons; alternative date or full refund provided.
- Force majeure (Acts of God, strikes, etc.) may trigger cancellation with notice; alternative date or refund offered.
