- - Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before embarkation, via bank transfer or credit card.
- - Deposit: A security deposit is required to cover damages, delays, or other issues. It will be returned within 48 hours of the charter's end, barring disputes.
- Navigation Area: Max 25 miles per day @ 6knots
- - Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges apply based on the proximity to the embarkation date.
- - Cancellation Due to Weather:
- Charter may be canceled due to adverse weather conditions.
- Forecast of strong waves, with a wave height of more than 1.5 meters, in the area
- Strong wind forecast with speeds exceeding 25 knots.
- Prediction of intense rain for a period of time exceeding 20% of the total duration of the charter service
