Crew
Captain Johnaceo Saunders was born in Freeport,Grand Bahama where during his youth he spent summers working on the docks at port Lucaya marina with his brother. After graduating high school Johnaceo pursued a career in yachting and got a job as a mate on a 53 ft motor yacht for 2 years. Throughout his life Johnaceo was mentored by several fishing tournaments winning captains so when he was then hired as mate on a 58 ft Viking sport fishing vessel he developed a love for sport fishing. This eventually propelled him to get his captain license and become a master of boats. Johnaceo has successfully captained many voyages throughout the United States and the Bahamas,ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all passengers. Johnaceo calm demeanor, excellent communication skills and addiction to professionalism make him a trusted and respected captain. Education: 500 Ton master license, STCW Divinci Rolle was born in Black Point Exuma, where grew with a family of mariners. Rolle was influenced by father and his elder brothers to pursue a career in the yachting industry. This influence and guidance lead to him becoming a dedicated mate and seafarer has traveled throughout the United States and the Caribbean for more than 20 years in the yachting industry . He remains to be hard worker who pays very close attention to detail with a 100 ton master license and also is certified diver. Kristy Worrell was born in Nassau, Bahamas Kristy has always loved cooking with her grandmother. During her teenage years Kristy family moved to the United States where she did her schooling in Atlanta, Georgia where she perfected her craft. Cooking in the kitchen was always where she wanted to be. It was the only place that brought her absolute joy and peace. In 2018 upon her return to her native Bahamas, she started working with executive chefs at private homes in such places as Albany and Old Fort Bay. Kristy then forwarded her career to the yachting industry where has been the chef on a 78ft Sunseeker and M/Y Gail force II.

- 1. Respect the Crew
- The crew is there to ensure your comfort and safety. Please treat them with courtesy and communicate your needs respectfully.
- 2. Shoes Off Policy
- Most yachts have a “no shoes” rule on board to protect teak decks and flooring. Non-marking boat shoes or bare feet are preferred.
- 3. No Drugs/Smoking
- Smoking is typically not allowed inside cabins or common areas. Check with the captain for designated smoking zones (if permitted).
- 4. Safety First
- Always follow crew instructions, especially during anchoring, docking, or while the yacht is underway. Life jackets are provided—know where they are located.
- 5. Cabin Etiquette
- Avoid bringing wet towels or swimsuits into the cabins to protect furnishings and linens.
