We welcome you aboard our classy Beneteau 461 sailing yacht 47 feet LOA for a private sailing for any occasion, we are most popular with bachelor and bachelorette groups , marriage proposals, marriage anniversaries and corporate trips. This booking is for pleasure sails only on Biscayne Bay with possible swim stop on 4 h or longer sails. Any shorter duration is sail only , no stop .
This ad is for smaller groups up to 6 ppl , we can accomdate more 10-12 ppl however rates are different

This listing here is for the Vessel Rental only ( Beneteau 461 sail yacht ), with a discounted rate for a small group up to 6 ppl, non corporate and non commercial photoshoot sailing charter ( pls request rates for such separately) . Captain is paid directly by renter aboard $300 + gratuity for half day ( up to 4 hrs)
Night navigation including New Year’s Eve has totally different rates - please specify upon inquiry.

Upon duration we have time for sailing the bay, passing by Stiltsville channel ( famous houses on stilts in the middle of the bay) and seeing waterfront upscale mansions of Key Biscayne , Cape Florida and Lighthouse and Miami Cityline .
Sailors or anyone is welcome to actively participate , take the helm or pull the lines as you please.

If you inquire for commercial modeling photoshoot - please specify before booking as totally different rate and contract will apply for commercial shooting. Most commercial rentals are for 6-10 hrs , you can’t do anything in 4 hrs , not enough time .
If you book pleasure sail via broker - only pleasure sail without commercial photo shoot will take place behind marina gate and aboard.

You will find separate listing for the same vessel with different rates for larger groups up to 10 -occasionally 12 guests

Captain is hired and paid directly by you at dock- choice provided by company and captain availability - 4 h sail $300 PLUS gratuity

Vessel is not available for strictly bareboat rental without a captain authorized by company who is on our insurance policy, he is also fully familiar with this vessel, docking in slip and safe itinerary on shallow Florida waters

Pls specify ALL ages of kids before booking as we have age limitations due to safety - max 2 CALM kids under the age of 12 but older than 6. The vessel is not suitable for super active young kids as it makes sailing unsafe.
Reservations are taken for half day sails or shorter - scheduled this way so min 2 trips can fit per day
If our schedule allows - you can extend sail to full day when aboard

Availability - we are available for sail every day with prior reservation only.
Since we take reservations from many different sources with most being direct - the calendar is not being updated on purpose
Please inquire each time with the exact date and number of guests - prior to making any booking
We don't hold reservations for long as requests are coming instantly - especially for sunset time

we accept only half day trips with PRIOR reservation - unless special for shorter ride offered as last minute
half day Charters are scheduled this way, so we can schedule two trips per day, e.g.
morning 10pm to 2pm and afternoon 4pm to 8pm - summer time
morning 9am to 1pm and afternoon/sunset 2.30pm to 6.30pm - winter time.
Extension can be offered when aboard - upon availability

DURATION and ITINERARY
We reccomend min 4 hr sails for sailing enthusiasts and groups requesting anchoring vessel eg swim stop. any shorter sail are non stop sails, 3 hrs sailing or 2 h super short sail rides .

2 h rides - 9-11 the least expensive - available every day
midd day - available upon schedule - 12-2 and 3-5 pm
sunset - the most popular - reg rates apply half day sail

3 h sail ( sail only, no swim stop) - inquire 9-12 1-4 and 5-8 pm - inquire for price adjustment
4 h sail + time for a swim stop eg 10am and sunset

Prior to the booking (not after) we also have to be acknowledged of
any kind of impairments (knees, hips, autism, dementia) - pls keep in mind this is a pleasure yacht not a commercial vessel
any elder people - over 70yo, any kind of health issues
any kind of health issues , physical impairments not enabling safe boarding
any children under 13yo - please specify number of children and age of each child
due to safety - liability - min age is 6 yo ( only calm kids) and limited number of children under 12yo
any pregnancy over 5month - please mind that you take the trip at your own risk and facilities aboard are limited
no pets - no service animals

Yacht is rented to 1party only - payer is the renter - 1person.

Cancellations < 30days - are final - after that pls inquire to reschedule
