Location is easily accessible from all areas of Miami and hosts 2 waterfront restaurants walking distance from our pier. Pls check availability with us prior as the calendar is not being updated as we take multiple reservations from many venders and schedule multiple day sails. We schedule sails this way to be able to fit multiple booking per day between 9 am till sunset and occasionally night sailing eg full moon .

Before booking pls message us specifying WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR , the more details , the better we can serve.
Pls specify final number of guests in your group (as we may offer discount for smaller adult groups )
and ALL ages of minors under 18 years of age.
Within a group of 10 - we can allow 2 CALM children over 5 yo and under 12 yo. If the group have more minors between 6-12yo , captain may need mate (hired separately ).
In some cases we may agree to a 12 person light group.

The booking fee that you pay here is only for the rent of the boat for the duration and for pleasure sails only . Captain fee and tip shall be paid directly to the captain on the day of the charter before departure ( Coast Guard regulation )
Different rates apply for commercial photoshoots and filming including modeling with separate agreement - pls specify all details before booking . If you book our vessel here and do not specify commercial modeling - charter takes place and photoshoot (on marina premises behind gate + aboard) will no be allowed

Rates on sailo are for vessel only - for a group of up to 10 excluding captain

Captain FEE and TIP is paid directly to captain at boarding time upon signing paperwork of boat rental and skipper hired

The boat and the Captain are ready to take you and your family or friends on a memorable day on Biscayne Bay with possible swim stop in one of the coves of Key Biscayne island .
We can customize any desires such as: birthday parties, bachelor parties, a date night, romantic engagement and much more. For larger groups we may join multiple boats you rent .
We ask that you arrive at the marina or the arranged pick up point 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

Captain would meet you at the marina gate and walk to boat - where safety briefing will take place .
Quarter day is 2 hours, Half day is 4 hours,

Only upon availability additional hours may be added at a rate of $250 an hour + $60 captain fee/ per hour

If the captain determines that the charter guests have engaged in unsafe or hazardous behavior, the captain may terminate the charter without refund . Please enjoy alcohol responsibly

Extra items:
•The boat will be cleaned prior to and after departure free of charge, but a $200 cleaning fee may be applied if guests leave the boat in an unsatisfactory condition or leave an excessive mess.

Items NOT permitted on board: NO DRUGS, NO PETS, NO SERVICE ANIMALS .
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited for any person under 21 years old.

The refundable deposit of $500 is in case of damage to the boat eg stucking marine bathroom with paper, and leaving boat messy etc
