Weather Cancellation Policy
Miami's tropical location brings fast-changing weather and micro-climates, often influencing our trip routes. Sometimes, the north might offer better conditions than the south, or vice versa.
Given the tendency for exaggerated weather forecasts, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Refunds or rescheduling occur under the following conditions:
80% Chance of Rain or More: We utilize the Google Weather app to determine the average hourly rainfall percentage, specifically referencing Miami Beach as the location. Refunds or rescheduling apply if the average hourly rainfall percentage exceeds 80% throughout your rental period.
Winds of 25 mph or Higher: Similarly, we refer to the Google Weather app to assess average hourly wind speeds, with Miami Beach as the reference location. Refunds or rescheduling are granted if the average hourly wind speed reaches or exceeds 25 mph during your rental period.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip!
