Come enjoy our 41’ Silverton Flybridge in the beautiful waters of Miami! Our yacht can accommodate up to 13 people. Our yacht includes a full bluetooth sound system, floating mat, ice, water bottles, air-conditioned cabin, bathroom, and more! Guests are welcome to bring any food, snacks, and drinks of their choosing.

Captain’s Fee: $50 per hour (Price Dependent on Length of charter and Paid Separately from Boat)

- WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY
- Miami is located in a tropical area of the world and has fast changing weather as well as micro-climates. Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa.
- At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place.
- 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP!
- 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.

- • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out).
- Cancelations due to weather conditions need to be done 6 hours prior to the departure of the trip
