Cancellation Policy: 50% refund if canceled 30 days prior.

There is an average 80% chance of rain or more during the rental period(based on Google Weather app for Miami Beach).
Winds are forecasted to be 25 mph or higher on the day of rental (based on Google Weather app for Miami Beach).
Other Cases: Refunds require mutual agreement on fair terms.
