Prior to booking we asked Juan for a specific early afternoon time window and he confirmed availability. After we completed booking he then told us he would-be available for the evening. When we told him we couldn't so he offered for the next day but we were leaving Miami the next day. We reminded him we booked only because he confirmed availability at our requested time because this was our only opportunity. He then said he would cancel but he didn't and now we've been charged the full amount for a service we did not receive. We understand this is a no refundable booking but in this case we were lead to an expectation that did not materialize. We believe for this reason we are entitled a full refund. Attempts to reach him have been unsuccessful. He is not responding our messages after almost a week patiently trying to resolve directly with him. We called Sailo and left messages. No answer.
