-We will provide you with a list of Captains for you to choose. -Charterer is welcome to provide his own captain ( a USG licensed captain ). -Despite this agreed payment arrangement, both parties acknowledge the Captain to be an employee of the Charterer and not of the owner for the term or any extension.
