Wow, this experience was nothing but AMAZING. The communication with Yasniel was so easy and made everything so seamless. I couldn’t be more satisfied and happy with his professionalism and customer service. Honestly I will book again, whenever I visit Miami!!! Our captain was Adrian and he was so nice and kind, showed us an amazing time. He engaged with our group, showed us around, celebrity houses etc. Amazing captain, thank you Adrian for making this experience full of enjoyment. The boat is clean, just as advertised, you will not be disappointed. 10/10 !!!!!!!!
Only gave 3 stars because the communication with Yasniel was horrible. It took him a very long time to reply to my messages (we had to change the date of our boat tour due to bad weather) and he also made a mistake on the time of departure. (I had said noon but he thought it was 2pm…)
So we came at noon and there was nobody to welcome us. Finally the manager came and called a captain. We departed 45 min later.
In the end, JAVIER our captain was amazing and he saved the day. What started out as a stressful day was forgotten because Javier made the tour so fun and interesting.
