REFUND POLICY
*We refund 100% of your money if:
- 51% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location.
- Winds 21 mph or higher on the day of the rental.
- In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.
*The reason the captain and fuel cannot be included in the price is because we're not allowed to. According
to bareboat charter operations, we have to give you options for captains and once you select the captain, YOU the "CHARTERER" (person who rents the boat) is responsible for paying the captain fee separately from the SAILO. *** " THE CAPTAIN FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE IN THE DESCRIPTION"*** THAT IS PAID THE DAY OF THE TRIP.
Importantly: the boat rental is not included, the gratuity is recommended between 15% or 18%.
THE MINIMUM RENTAL IS 4 HOURS.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT THE PRICE OF CAPTAIN, AND TIP IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR OFFER, AND MUST BE PAID THE SAME DAY OF YOUR TRIP BEFORE BOARDING.

Yerray was an amazing Captain! Very Kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any air or water on the boat, which made the experience not worth it. When we used the restroom we were told to throw our tissue in the trash can and of course no way to wash our hands. It’s a beautiful boat not being able to escape the heat and practice sanitation practices was a huge disappointment.
Fenomenal boat love it, we all had an amazing time and their service is amazing, they don’t lie to you in anything like other companies, what ever they offer you it will be there. Thank you sooo much. I Really recommended. And thank you sooo much francheska for your good attention.
