FANTASTIC SEA RAY 40’

Yerray was an amazing Captain! Very Kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any air or water on the boat, which made the experience not worth it. When we used the restroom we were told to throw our tissue in the trash can and of course no way to wash our hands. It’s a beautiful boat not being able to escape the heat and practice sanitation practices was a huge disappointment.

Fenomenal boat love it, we all had an amazing time and their service is amazing, they don’t lie to you in anything like other companies, what ever they offer you it will be there. Thank you sooo much. I Really recommended. And thank you sooo much francheska for your good attention.

I had a terrible experience. My birthday was almost ruined. Firstly I was given an old cruise with size smaller than wat I requested. Before booking I was told the two boats are going to take off at the same place but at the last minute they told me it’s more possible that my group will be splitted and merge again in the middle of the sea which automatically ruined the fun. The purpose of my group birthday celebration was ruined . We booked for 4 hours and we were running late , the guy insisted to bring in cash for the captain and I pointed to him about this affecting our hours on the sea , he told me not to worry that he will figure it out, we got there pretty late leaving us just 30mins out of our time and they insisted that if we don’t pay extra 500$ they will return the ship!! I have never experienced such a hardened personality before !! He told me to make sure I get the cash with terrible traffic and promised to handle my time (4hrs) but turned around on his words putting me in a terrible situation when I have 20mins pls who flew in from Africa to celebrate my birthday with me. !! I have to cough out extra $400 for him to extend the time for just one hr! I will never get closer to SAILO APP OR ASSOCIATE AGAIN!!!

John & Jose (the captain) were absolutely amazing! Such good vibes. They made my birthday absolutely spectacular & they had a free champagne bottle for us to pop. The boat was clean and very spacious. All 9 of us could fit in the lower deck if you’re worried about that, it also housed all of our food and we had ALOT. Such an amazing time and I will def rent and recommend them for future trips. Thank you so much!

Amazing time spending my sister’s bachelorette with this company!!! Very responsive with every single question and concern I had. So accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our boat trip! I would book again if I return to Miami!

Natalia and John were very accommodating to special requests and responsive to questions and concerns. Our party left a tripod and they made sure to search and arrange for a way to return the item back to us. There was an issue with the third party captain hired for the day but the owners of the boat were open to hear our opinions about the matter. They assured us that they would fix the issue and offered incentives for future trips. The best price for definite experience when one is in Miami, and no hidden or additional fees.

This was such an amazing trip. Everyone in my party were astonished with the yacht it was everything that it was made out to be. The description was perfect right on the money. The attention was amazing better than a 5 star hotel. The free bottle of Champagne that they offer simply spectacular!!! The crew was so understanding & the communication great!!! I highly recommend renting from Natalia she is the best!!! Thank very much to Sailo with Natalia. We will definitely keep boating with you guys!!!

Orlando was a really nice captain and has a lot of patient I will definitely recommend their services and the boat was really clean.

It was a great trip! We had a couple of kids and two infants and it all worked out great. We had fun playing on the oversized floating pad.

We took a trip in the afternoon and the city looked beautiful after sun set . We also got a chance to see two dolphins that followed the boat through the bay. It was perfect !

We had a great experience with the team on this trip. The owners of the boat were very communicative, informative and super friendly. Our captain, Jose, was incredibly professional and fun. He made sure we had everything we needed and that we were always enjoying ourselves. They provided us with water and a bottle of champagne which was great and such a nice a touch. We would most definitely book with them again without a question!

Ive been to Miami Florida many times & also rented many boats, but the best experience that I've had has been with you guys. Your boat & crew were phenomenal!!! Amazing simply the best!! I will definitely tell all my friends & family about the wonderful experience that I had with you guys.
