- • If a captain is desired, the charterer must independently hire and pay a properly licensed captain of their choosing.
- • No drugs permitted on board.
- • No hookahs permitted on board.
- • Alcohol allowed (no red wine).
- • Vessel must be returned on time and in the same condition as delivered.
- • Charterer is responsible for compliance with all applicable maritime laws and safety regulations.
