- Children must be supervised at all times
- Children aged 9 and below must wear a life vest while aboard the yacht
- Smoking is only permitted on the swim platform
- Anyone below the age of 33 must have an existing boater license to drive the jet skis
- $150 early dropoff fee (Mid-Charter trips to dock)
- No Hookah
- There is a strict 12 person rule including children as per coast guard regulations
