Sail Right From South Beach!

The boat was beautiful and well amenitized. Our captain Nacho was wonderful. The owner was very responsive until there was an issue with timing/duration - I asked about extending to 5 hours before booking and he messaged me that I could extend our trip by an hour the day of, but when I followed up about it after booking, he told me there was zero flexibility with timing/duration and then proceeded to ignore/not acknowledge my emails related to this matter. We had a wonderful time on the boat but it did end up impacting our plans and so I can't give it 5 stars.

We had the best time out there, the crew was so nice, very accommodating. We ate, drank, danced, partied, jumped off the boat, took pics, videos it was everything.

Julian's boat and crew were amazing! The boat was in great condition, very clean and looks nice. They went out of their way to make sure we were attended to (pouring drinks etc). Highly recommend this to anyone!

My experience on The Dreamer was phenomenal!

Our captains Leo and Emily were so thorough, professional, and gracious. Emily was so helpful from beginning to end. The overall customer service was some of the best that we had while in Miami. Although gratuity was included, Leo and Emily did such an amazing job that I gave Emily an additional tip. I know a lot of these review say they would use this service again but whenever I go back to Miami and I have the extra capital to spend, I’m boarding The Dreamer.

The boat itself fit all 10, we had plenty of room to dance, eat, and drink. They took us to the sandbar and gave us floaties and safely took us home right on time. Recently spent the day on Shogun for a bachelorette party, and it was definitely the highlight of our trip! Boat was amazing and fit our group of 12 perfectly - brought our own drinks and music and had a great day boating around and at the sandbar. Chris and Giovanni were excellent crew, and communication from booking until the day of the trip was great. 10/10 would recommend.

Additionally, my request to begin the trip at 11AM was remembered (from when I asked/booked over a month ago!) and hosts Julian and Carlos were able to push back our start time the day before our trip --- this was a life saver! Overall, our bachelorette party could NOT have been happier. THANK YOU SO MUCH Chris and Dana and hosts, Julian and Carlos!!! Beautiful boat - Nemesis. This was my first time booking/going on a yacht and the process was easy and so well done. Dana took all the pictures we ever could have wanted and Chris ensured we were safe! So much fun! Very responsive team and professional. Captain and first mate made us feel very taken care of throughout the trip and the boat was in excellent condition.

The only down-side (very minimal) is that in the description it reads light snacks are provided however the light snacks are apparently only for shorter charters (ours was 4 hours) so we did not receive them.

Overall I would absolutely recommend this boat and company again! :0)

My party and I had a great time celebrating a 21st birthday. The boat was wonderful in size and cleanliness. Chris and Gio were absolutely amazing and extremely hospitable. I would definitely recommend this boat!

The trip was okay.

Positive: The owner was very responsive to answer questions and coordinating things, the boat was clean and we had a fun time. Crew was friendly.

Neutral - It was drizzling so we couldn't get the full experience we were expecting. We were hoping to go to a sandbar which we couldn't. We were hoping to stop more but since they had to stay away from the clouds we kept moving and just stoped for 15 or so minutes. But they can't control the weather so no ratings taken away for this.

Negative - The listing states inflatable water toys/rafts/floating mat/snorkeling gear. There was none of that onboard. It was pretty much wear a life vest and float. We are not great swimmer so were looking forward to that. We also wanted to make the trip a bit more luxurious so picked the one that had some add-on food options. Once you book the trip, you find out that there is one one restaurant they partner with which is kind of expensive (mention that in the listing please) and we paid $25 delivery fee and $75 setup fee. This was fine to us because the food would be setup in advance making it feel a bit luxurious. We got to the boat and the food was in the boxes it was delivered - not sure why we paid that fee.

Overall okay but may be we will have a better experience next time when it isn't raining.

We had rented the boat for a half day to celebrate my friend's bachelorette party. Julian was great with communicating. Unfortunately we didn't get to ride the Shogun due to mechanical problems, but Julian was quick to offer their other boat, Aura, which we agreed to rent. Everything ran very smoothly. Our captain, Chris was amazing- he even retrieved my phone that fell in the water! We had Gio as the first-mate, he was very kind and helpful and attentive to our needs. Our group had a wonderful time. I would 100% rent from Julian again!

My family and I had an excellent boat ride. Julian was very responsive. The original boat had an issue and Juliam provided us with a different boat immediately. The ride was smooth thanks to Gio and Ferris (Boat captains). the boat was beautiful too.

This boat and crew were amazing! Coming from DC, I was skeptical about booking a legit boat experience in Miami. This exceeded my expectations. Allie and Faris were so kind, chill, and super helpful. Boat was beautiful, looks exactly as pictured, clean, great space for dancing, awesome bunny pad, and plenty of coolers. We have already recommended this boat and crew to other friends and contacts. We will definitely be booking this again!

We had a wonderful time on board the Shogun. Chris and Geo took us around on a scenic ride and brought us to monument island where we had a ton of fun swimming and in the water. One of our friends actually dropped her phone in the water and Chris dived down 8 feet to retrieve it (and the phone still worked)! So huge props for that. The boat itself was perfect - great front area to lounge on, speaker systems, bathroom, and ice box for drinks and food. Would definitely recommend!

The trip was amazing. Captain Chris and Mate Gio were so courteous and nice. It was my daughters sweet sixteen and the kids had so much fun as well as I did. Everything was perfect, they made it so much fun and worth every penny. I would recommend the boat, the captains no mate and this site for your use. My wife and I had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary. We actually switched to the company's other beautiful boat Aura which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the front recliner sunbeds, spacious & very clean. Chris (captain) and Allison (cruise manager) took great care of us. Even though it was a bit windy, they showed us some great sights, took us paddleboarding and and views of the sunset. Highly recommend this company, from planning to cruise day, you won't be disappointed. We'll be back!

WOW, my 50th birthday was complete with this boat sail! From the beginning of the process, Julian and Carlos took care of every one of my needs and multiple questions. Very timely in response time. On the day of sail, my captains communicated very well and ensured everything was ready. Captain Chris & Mate Chris (Chris squared)- was AWESOME! Very friendly, knowledgeable, made our sail enjoyable. We learned so much about Miami and boats. They were the best. This will be on my list again and I will request the same Captains. This boating experience with Julian and Carlos’ on their beautiful yacht Shogun was unforgettable! It was my 30th birthday celebration and they did not disappoint! I have been on plenty yachts but this one exceeds them all! The customer service was impeccable. The first mate (Christopher) and Captain (Ferris) wouldn’t even allow us to open our own water bottles. They were attentive, super engaged, and took all the pictures our heart desired with no complaints. They kept the music going and our drinks flowing! Julian came right out to meet and greet us and made sure everything was in order down to the parking spaces for our cars!

Anytime I’m in Miami, SHOGUN will always be my first pick! I can’t wait to book again and again, and if you’re not booking with Julian and Carlos, you’re doing it all wrong! Thank you so much for making my birthday the birthday of my dreams!

The captain and mate were very professional and attentive; however, my family and I did NOT have access to the cabins. The room was used as storage space no snacks were offer or on the boat, I am very disappointed.

I was worried about the rain the day of the trip but Julian said it wouldn’t be a problem and it really wasn’t the whole time. Definitely my go to if I ever need to charter a boat again. You won’t regret booking with them!!

Booked for a birthday party and they answered all my questions and responded very timely. When I got to the boat, it exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and quality. The captain and the first mate were friendly and accommodating. They were flexible on where they took us and showed us some very pretty spots that we had never seen. Definitely would book again.

The host of the boat were great from booking to sailing. They answered questions promptly and were very informative. We truly enjoyed ourselves on the boat. It was not only beautiful inside and out it was very clean. I would recommend this boat to anyone looking for a good time on the water.

The whole experience lived up to my expectations and the great reviews that I had read before we booked. Julian was responsive and kind from the beginning of the booking process all the way until we said goodbye. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went as well as it did. Julian was a great captain and very well educated about Miami and the history surrounding the beautiful places. The trip time was perfect. They stopped us at a Sandbar which was a nice break within the ride. Water was provided. We ordered sandwiches in which Julian brought for us and it was a great call!! Overall, great first experience with Sailo and I would definitely recommend Julian and his crew!

We had the absolute best yacht experience this weekend! The yacht and the staff were absolutely incredible and so accommodating. I literally couldn’t have asked for a better bachelorette experience. It was insanely special to me because these girls have been my best friends since we were all 5 years old and to be able to provide them with an experience of a lifetime like that was AMAZING. I can’t put into words how great this past weekend was with them.

Julian and his crew were amazing! Six of us a spent a beautiful afternoon cruising around Miami. They even organized a light lunch for us and had it waiting for us onboard. Julian was very responsive to all my questions and inquiries during booking process and prior to departure. Would recommend without hesitation.

This boat and booking experience was seamless. The owners were very responsive and answered all questions promptly. The boat itself was very well kept and maintained. Our bachelorette party enjoyed sailing around Miami. The captain was also very friendly and helped up get some great pictures.

We had an EPIC day on the SHOGUN! This is an all around beautiful boat. Not only was the boat a showstopper on the outside, it was very clean and well maintained on the inside as well. Julian was so responsive and answered all of our questions. Faris and Fernando were so professional and so much fun! They were waiting on us when we arrived, and helped us set up food and drinks. Then they connected the sound system to our music and the party started! They made our trip unforgettable. We had plenty of space on this 50' boat to show off our dance skills, while sailing around the beautiful Miami waters and taking in the views. We all agreed that this was the BEST part of our trip! My friends are already asking when can we ride the SHOGUN again.

The boat was great! We went out for an evening cruise and the music and lights on the boat were awesome. Really nice crew, everything exceeded expectations!

We had the best time aboard this boat, it was so comfortable and clean and the music was incredible! Faris and Julian gave us such lovely service and seeing the city from the water is really amazing. Definitely do this if you are visiting Miami!
