To confirm a charter booking requires a deposit of $10,000 USD or US$ 1,000 per person. Final balance is due 90 days before sailing.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If the trip is canceled 90 days prior to departure time and a replacement booking is obtained, 50% of the deposit is retrievable. 50% is retained for administrative procedures or the deposit may be used for a future booking.

Guests are advised to purchase Travel Insurance. This will protect your significant investment in airfares, charter fees and your holiday time in case one of you has an accident or family emergency at the last minute and cannot come on the charter. It will also provide emergency medical evacuation coverage in the event that one of you is injured while on charter. We recommend that guests purchase Travel Insurance before making the final payment. Guest who does not purchase Travel Insurance do so at their own risk.
