- Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Charters may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (high winds, thunderstorms, or other conditions deemed unsafe by the captain). A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided in these cases.
- Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in shortened charter time, and no-shows are non-refundable.
- For everyone's safety, the captain has the final authority regarding weather, vessel operation, and onboard safety. Guests must follow all safety instructions throughout the trip.
