• Arrival & Check-In: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Your rental begins at the booked start time, regardless of late arrival.
• Weather Policy: If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we will reschedule or issue a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
• Cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours unless due to weather.
• Capacity & Guest List: Maximum number of guests must be confirmed prior to departure. No additional passengers allowed without prior approval.
• Conduct: Alcohol is allowed (BYOB), but irresponsible behavior, illegal substances, or excessive intoxication will result in early termination with no refund.
• Damage or Cleaning Fees: Any damage caused to the vessel or excessive mess may result in a portion or all of the $250 security allowance being retained.
• Music & Noise: Respect noise levels, especially when near the shore. Bluetooth speakers are available on board.
• Children & Pets: Children under 13 must wear life jackets at all times. Pets allowed only with prior approval.
• Smoking: Vaping is permitted. Cigarettes, cigars, or open flames are not allowed on board.
