- 72 hours before the charter - 4% will be kept to cover the transaction fees except if the deposit was made by cash
- 48 Hours before the charter - 50% of the deposit refund
- 24 Hours before the charter - No Refund
- *Only the captain may cancel a day trip for security reasons. The refund amount is based on the full amount quoted.
