- "Weather Cancellation Policy
- In the event of adverse weather conditions that are deemed unsafe for diving activities, the charter may be rescheduled or canceled. If we cancel due to weather, a full refund excluding any feeds paid or alternative booking date will be offered.
- Late arrivals and no-shows
- Customers are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in the charter being cancelled without refund. No-shows will be charged the full charter price.
- Safety Considerations
- Safety is our top priority. All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by our crew. Buddy Boat reserves the right to terminate the charter without refund if safety regulations are not followed.
