On the occasion of the cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, the below fees will apply:
1) If the Charterer cancels 90 days or more before the charter date - 80% of the contract price will be refunded to the Charterer
2) If the Charterer cancels 89 days to 60 days before the charter date - 50% of the contract price paid to be refunded to the Charterer
3) If the Charterer cancels 59 days or less before the charter date - no refund will be issued to the Charterer.
