Your Friend with a Boat!

I could not recommend this experience enough!! Max is a wonderful, knowledgeable captain who made our time on the water so fun. The boat was beautiful and very well maintained. I will absolutely book with him again in the future!

Captain Max was great! I took my girlfriend out out propose (she said yes) and it was a nice boat ride with beautiful views. Max made a little area in the front for us to sit and hang out and was good about taking plenty of pictures. He was also a team player in meeting up with my friends a little before to set up the surprise. 10/10

Max is such a nice guy, and his sailboat is so cute and well-maintained! We had a delightful time, as I took my wife sailing for the first time for our wedding anniversary, and we brought our toddler, too! We all had a wonderful time and we look forward to the next one.

Max was friendly and the experience was not only relaxing, but educational. I got to be at the helm for most of the trip. It was exhilarating. We saw sunning sea lions and all kinds of birds. The weather was perfect and the company was kind. I highly recommend this adventure!

He was so versatile with our schedule and provided numerous options to fit our plans. My dad is sensitive to the sun and Max put our worries aside and showed us the inside cabin before we got there (Even offered sunscreen!!!) I’m not from California, but I’m already counting down the days until we can go back and visit Bushman’s Friend! Booked Max for the day as a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend, needless to say we had the best time and Max helped make our day as perfect as possible! We both had so much fun cruising around on Max’s boat and could not recommend him more. He thinks of EVERY little thing you could possibly need while travelling with him (phone charger, bottle opener etc) and took the cutest Polaroid as a memento for us. Best boat in town!!! We hope to sail with him again soon.

The best experience ever! Celebrated my father’s 59th birthday with the family. Max was awesome. He was a great captain sailed us through Long Beach. Again, it was the best and beautiful experience during midday. Everything went perfect!!!! I would recommend booking with him.

Max was amazing! His boat was very clean and beautiful he was very kind and open to conversation Max made sure that we were as comfortable and safe as possible and made sure we understood we were safe and had life jackets in case of emergency. He made sure we had the best experience showing us as much wild life as possible and giving us information about himself as well as asking questions about us. Max was very genuine and had a great vibe. I would 100% give Max another visit in the future! It was all worth it and his boat is BEAUTIFUL!!!!

For my birthday, five of my friends and I decided to book a 2 hour trip with Max and it was the best decision! He was punctual, knowledgable, and made sure we were safe too. He had a giant bluetooth speaker too, so we were able to dance as we sailed off into the sunset. A great experience that we'll definitely book again with him!

What a great sunset sail in Long Beach! Was treating some friends that live in New Mexico (landlocked) to the Pacific Ocean. The sailboating was magical. Capt Marco was an excellent host and good company. Would definitely do this again!
