Description

Come join me for some diving and sailing around the Canaries on my boat, a 36 foot (11m) blue water cruiser that can comfortably sleep 6 and can have 8 at a squeeze. (My holidays are for 4 diving guests max). Enjoy 2 dives a day with a padi professional in some of the most untouched sites in the Canaries; enjoy the exhilaration of catching the wind and feeling the boat heel (lean over) to one side as she cuts through the water; try your hand at fishing as the boat is equipped with various rods and tackle, (and if you don't have much luck I can always free-dive and spear you a big fish to cook on the bbq aboard. If you want to stretch your legs and explore the local towns or beaches just let me know where I can drop you off as these holidays can be completely customised to your desires.
On board we have scuba equipment and compressor for up to 5 divers, along with a 3m dinghy with a good outboard. As well as this we have a fridge, oven, fans, tv (with netflix) 2 double beds, hot shower, flushing toilet and water maker, wifi, regular mains electricity, bbq. We also have a couple fishing rods, and some hand-lines for those bigger fish as well as a speargun on board. Her engine is reliable and the whole boat has recently been surveyed with no problems found. The jib and spinnaker are almost brand new and the main is a furling system. I really look forward to sharing my boat with you!
The price of 550 euro is per person for one week, if you wish to book the whole boat for a week this is a price of 1900 euro. Boat trips will be running from m id July till the end of September 2020

FAQs

What type of yacht should I charter?
No matter what type of yacht you choose to charter, we know that you will have a fantastic time on the water. If you are more about the journey, and want a relaxing time aboard, then choose from one of the many sailboats on the platform. If you are more about the destination, and going fast, check out the powerboats on Sailo. For an exclusive experience, Sailo recommends chartering a luxurious yacht for the day. Finally, Sailo has access to many event boats as well for group outings from 50 - 1,000 guests. If you are still unsure, then just ask! Read more
What should I bring?
Bring yourself, and some comfortable clothes suitable to the season you are going to be out on the water. Please keep in mind that it is often 10 degrees cooler out on the water, so a jacket or windbreaker is never a bad idea. We also recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses, as well as a swimsuit if appropriate for your charter location. Please coordinate with your captain regarding any food or drinks that you wish to bring aboard. For term-charters, Sailo recommends using soft-sided luggage, and keeping it simple. Read more
How long does a rental last?
The basic daily rental is structured as either a quarter-, half-, or full-day. A quarter-day is two hours, a half-day is four hours, and a full-day is eight hours. You can also discuss a custom trip with the boat by contacting the owner through Sailo. Most term charters (weekly rentals) are from Saturday to Saturday. Keep in mind that the boat generally needs to be back at the dock by Friday evening, and you will need to be off the boat on Saturday morning so they can prepare the boat for the next guests.
